Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Bank of Estonia Jaan Männik dismissed all comparisons between the nation's joining the Eurozone and marrying a dying bride.

"If someone asked me today whether I would reverse the decision if it was in my power to simply do so, I'd say 'never.' I believe that our decision to adopt the euro is and will remain a good choice," said Männik, speaking on a conference devoted to the outgoing national currency.
