This video is a hoax. A dead giveaway is that the inscription on the coins is in English only. A North American coin would have to be in all 3 official languages that are spoken on this continent.
The idea of a North American currency, like the Euro, is no secret conspiracy and is supported by many bankers. The Globe and Mail had an article on this subject a few months ago.
