STOCKHOLM—The European Central Bank's injections of liquidity into the European banking system has heightened balance sheet risks for the continent's central banks, and countries will have to monitor how the loans will impact price stability, ECB Governing Council member Andres Lipstok wrote in an opinion piece on Monday.
