According to the latest update from the International Estonian Centre "KESKUS" on Madison Ave, Toronto, the KESKUS project is planning to complete the full budget review in 2022 given escalated costs, and the permitting process to get the project to groundbreaking.

Despite the ongoing construction delays, the KESKUS remains optimistic, citing several achievements in 2021, such as coming up with a name KESKUS, gaining almost 1000 followers on social media, establishing campaign ambassador program and managing to fundraise from several countries, including Canada, US, Switzerland, Sweden, Austria, New Zealand, Italy, Germany and Estonia.

"ar' I have posted questions to YOU from November & December yet you FAIL to respond... wtf is wrong with you???

any chance that you could respond to the previous questions BEFORE you post any more??

to "Inzener Garin"

using the Tolstoy novel and movie that is based on it, for your pseudonym is somewhat interesting for your purpose of responding (at least to me).

"A talented inventor who created the machine of unprecedented destructive power, obsessed with world domination. In his manic quest, he commits one crime after another, without assuming the dreadful consequences would be for him."

Additionally, I am of the opinion that, you have confused/misused the true meaning of the quote from Matthew 7:24-27 & Luke 6:46–49.

Jesus said that whoever heard his words and obeyed Him, would be like a wise man who built on a rock. And that house could never be torn down. It could never be moved.

But if we only hear the wonderful words of Jesus and yet still go our own way and don't do what He says, then we are like a foolish person, who builds his house on the sand.

Just think about that, who would want to build a house on a sand-dune? It sounds very foolish, doesn't it?

Most understand that this was a parable, not an "admonition"

As for "Your anger at those who disagree with you, your impatience with their refusal to submit to your infallible logic," you just might be correct in your observation...

"to become angry with people you think are stupid" a modernized version of 2 Corinthians 11:33–12:9

Ahh, North Yorker, your faith in modern human engineering over Jesus' simple admonition about the wisdom of building a house on sand, it
gives us all hope for a future free of superstition, a future that can be bent to the true will of the people (who are, of course, usually too stupid to realize what it is)! Your anger at those who disagree with you, your impatience with their refusal to submit to your infallible logic, it is truly inspiring and gives us much to hope for, in the secret appendices to the upcoming budget review (do not use the word "forensic" here!) - Meanwhile, a gentle reminder that it is a brand new tax year and time to once again renew your commitment to the power of modern engineering and Canadian income tax accounting to triumph over common sense!
