Most people are guided by emotions and have minimal knowledge of science.
Whereas the pandemic is the result of careless and selfish human behaviour. Scientist have long warned us of the consequences.
I would suggest that we not create more opposition to wearing masks. Throughout the pandemic there have been many who have whistled at any restrictions.
I would rather wear a mask and not have people die who are vulnerable.
We have become too comfortable and selfish.
