From my perspective, the art collection has found a great new home and it appears that it will be well cared for. That is wonderful. From my understanding, EKK had very few members. There had been little activity in past years.

14Eda, why so many questions? It is clear that Madison project needed a charitable number to issue tax receipts. This was the easiest way to accomplish this. The rest is just a noise, nobody cares about the art.

9Perhaps someone should have Eda confirm how many active (paid-up) members EKK had before these steps were taken. I understand that you could count them on two hands. Perhaps even one.
