"The General Prosecutor of Ukraine filed a former Prime Minister of the country of Yulia Tymoshenko "message of suspicion" in the murder of the deputy Yevgeny Shcherban in 1996, told the press, Attorney General Victor Pshonka , the correspondent of IA REGNUM .
