TEPP and TES?09 Oct 2020 08:40
Why are the TEPP members refusing to reveal the nature of their secret agreement with the EM juhatus? Something smells rotten here. Is Toronto Eesti Selts involved too given the connections? TEPP and TES need to come clean.

It is unlikely you will get any answers by demanding them anonymously here. Organizations are responsible for their members. If you are TEPP or TES member, ask them. EM shareholders are asking these questions publicly with their names attached.
scrutiny for charity09 Oct 2020 10:12
Has the WE/Trudeau/Morneau charity scandal taught us anything ?Seems that the re-born Estonian Arts Centre, still a registered charity, requires scrutiny from the CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) .

TES on kaua aega olnud koige ausam ja oiglasem organisatsioon meie uhiskonnas. Nemad korraldavad iga aastase Vabariigi Aastapaeva puhitsemist.
So stop trying to bring them into this by attempting to smear them ! Who will you attack next..... lasteaed and hellakesed ?
Come on!10 Oct 2020 08:12
TEPP-TES members are criticizing the sale of EM while entering into secret agreements with EM! The losers in all of this fighting and manipulating are the volunteers and our youth. Will you people please think about the good of the community for once and put it ahead of your own narrow personal interests?

There is no 'secret' agreement. TEPP itself published details about it last week. If you are a member and can't read?!, ask them to ELI5. And what does TES have to do anything with this?
An Observer10 Oct 2020 09:00
Mr Alliksaar, the seeker of transparency, is being strangely silent about the settlement TEPP reached. In the way of a financial settlement, how much did TEPP receive? The person who commented about details being disclosed already is clearly making false statements. Let's follow the money. An assignment for our favourite investigative reporter. Follow up on TEPP.

To Scrutiny: You could have counted the members of Kunstide Keskus on the fingers of one hand. Perhaps make it to a couple of fingers on the second hand. Charitable status has value. I would discount Eda Sepp's tales of woe. Life moves on and the transaction served a purpose.

Aga mis on sellega valesti?12 Oct 2020 13:40
On selles tekstis midagi valesti?: https://eestielu.com/et/kultuu...

Kas väärib erilist tähelepanu see, et EKK liikmed eemaldati, "there shall be [only] one class of membership"? *

Miks on oluline see, kes otsustas kes on Eesti Majale "õigel ajal [õige] ostja"? "Eesti kogukonna jaoks"?

Kunstitööde annetusi enam vastu ei võeta. Vana põhikiri nägi ette eesti kunstide toetamist ja edutamist; “Estonian Arts Centre (EAC) on Eesti Maja müügitulu ’beneficial’ omanik. Heategevusorganisatsioonina registreeritud EAC mida juhib eraldi nõukogu vastutab ka uue keskuse kapitalikampaania ja üldise raha kogumise eest.” (estoniancentre.ca/post/eesti-maja-muuk)

*"Uus põhikiri (By-law No. 1) eemaldas ka kõik praegused EKK isiklikud liikmed ja selles seisis, et ainult korporatsioonid võivad olla EKK liikmeteks (Section IV Members, Classes and Conditions of Membership (4.01): "There shall be one (1) class of Members in the Corporation. Membership in the Corporation shall be available only to corporate entities that have been applied for and been admitted into membership by the Board."
