You write that, "The clandestine services, which control most of the media..." Well, I'd like to learn more about that.
Savisaar's Centre Party looks like a Russian Party to me. It has a formal agreement with its equivalent in Russia, it seems to have monopolized the Russian vote, and its leader Savisaar is half-Russian by blood and more so by temperament.

Anonymous makes a pretty good fist of characterizing Savisaar, except her last point goes right off the deep end. The matter of Savisaar's temperament has never been in question-he is logical, very balanced but touchy at times in his responses, but the inference concerning his temperament in some way being similar to the Russian temperament bears no reality. I am not a supporter of Savisaar, but I do believe we should at least be reasonable about drawing conclusions to personalities. Sure, I've been harsh about people like Laar, but at least he has seen the err of his ways and is backing down-a credit to him either way.
