0The Witch's Well, as a tourist attraction, has an economic value that probably exceeds its potential value as a limestone quarry.
Given that the whole of Estonia lies on limestone, it's hard to believe that there are no other suitable sites for a quarry and talk of importing limestone from Finland is ridiculous -- it lies on granite.
