And why stop there-we should be asking what God-given right does the European Union have to insist that Estonia relinquish her Constitution in favour of the EU's, clearly in itself contradicting all clauses adhering to and underpinning that same Constitution. Shame, Estonia, shame on you!

And what do you suggest Eesti do, go back to where it was .... say 30 years ago??

Let's face the truth-Estonia has been subtly persuaded to overturn her constitution based on the constitution arrived at by means of the Tartu Rahuleping. That constitution is today relinquished. It means having to accept the borders as they were during the Soviet Occupation. In that sense, my friend, without you even knowing it, your worst nightmares have come true. Yes, you asked for the clock to be turned back further than I would like. I like the constitution that was adhered to between August 1991 and May 2004. In other words the one no longer in existence.

I agree. The contstiution says "Eesti iseseisvus ja sõltumatus on aegumatu ning võõrandamatu" so no Estonian patriot can accept the constitution ot the EU, USSR or any other constitution over that of the Estonian one.
Those who promote the scrapping of our constitution and its replacement by that of the EU are clearly criminals and should be brought to justice.
