Swedbank Keeps Estonia Govt Hanging On $196.6M Loan Decision

STOCKHOLM (Dow Jones)--Swedbank AB (SWED-A.SK) has still to decide if it will grant Estonia the 2.3 billion kroon ($196.6 million) loan it is seeking to patch up its budget, the Swedish bank's spokesman told Dow Jones Newswires Wednesday.
