Don’t be a Christmas shopping procrastinator!

A 2020 survey by Klarna, revealed that 79% of U.S. consumers leave their holiday shopping to the last minute. Fifty-five percent said that they purchase last minute gifts online, even if those items won’t be delivered by Christmas Day! The numbers are a little better for Canadians: Accenture’s 2021 Holiday Shopping Report said that 47% of Canadians will do their shopping at the last minute.

Buck the trend and join us for an afternoon of shopping, treats and music at our November 12th Jõululaat / Christmas Craft Show. Multiple vendors will be selling their wares, perfect for Christmas gifts. Just some of the items for sale include honey, flower arrangements, jewellery, silk and knit scarves, ornaments, holiday gift items, candles, greeting cards, books, toys, plus more. Remember to bring cash, the majority of vendors accept cash only.

Thinking about your Christmas dinner menu? Why not purchase some black sausage (verivorstid) and rukkileib, prepared by Erik and and Katrin Veski. Erik will take orders for verivorstid and rukkileib by e-mailerikveski@gmail.com.

Feeling a little peckish from all your shopping? Pay a visit to the Guild’s café. Enjoy a hotdog, sausage roll, sandwich, cakes, and coffee at the event, or pick up some baked goods to take home.

Come get into the Christmas mood while singing Christmas carols with Enno Agur. The Northern Secondary School Jazz Band will also perform.

A $2 entry fee gets you in to experience all the fun from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Come help support St. Peter’s congregation and our local artisans.
