Finns are most active buyers of Estonia-based real estate objects as compared to other non-residents, LETA/Kauppalehti reports.

Next follow Brits and Italians who also show interest in purchasing Estonia's real estate. Brits used to be the most interested in Estonian real estate, but their deals' volume has been on decrease.

Estonia's real estate attracts both professional investors and retired people.

Finnish capital and Tallinn are very well connected; the way from Helsinki to Tallinn takes is easy and affordable, besides, subsidiary of Finnish bank Nordea in Tallinn offers crediting for Finnish residents. This along with other factors makes Tallinn very attractive city for housing purchases.

Inhabitants of Finland buy property to use them as alternative place for living, as a vocational place to be, and a dwelling for rest.
