Parliamentary Speaker Mr. Eiki Nestor met with the Chair of the International Estonian Centre Steering Committee, Ellen Valter in Tallinn. "The plans for the Centre have been well considered and this project will be Estonia's calling card in North America," said Mr. Nestor and continued "Estonia needs to support the Centre. This is about promoting Estonia's brand."

Eesti Keskus Projekt
Riigikogu esimees hr. Eiki Nestor kohtus Torontosse rajatava Rahvusvahelise Eesti Keskuse juhtkomitee esinaise Ellen Valteriga Tallinnas. ,,Keskuse projekt on hästi läbi mõeldud ja saab olema Eesti visiitkaart Põhja Ameerikas,“ kiitis hr. Nestor, ning jätkas ,,Eesti riik peaks õla alla panema. Tegemist on Eesti riigi maine kujundamisega.“
