Energy leaders tell Davos that oil prices too low for serious investments

(RFE/RL) - Leaders from the world's energy sector have told the World Economic Forum in Davos that the current price of oil -- about $40 per barrel -- is too low to allow them to make investments needed to ensure that they can meet energy demands in the future.
