Montreal based aircraft maker Bombardier has sued Estonian national carrier Estonian Air for cancelling its order for three CRJ900 NextGen aircraft.

Estonian Air took delivery of three CRJ900 NextGen in 2011 and 2012, but according to press reports, negotiations were stalled over pricing of three additional planes and Estonian Air bought Embraer regional jets instead.

Estonian Air spokesperson Ilona Eskelinen said that the lawsuit is without merit.
