KESKUS is a business venture that has very little relevance to the Estonian community in Canada. Not a single real community organization has been offered space in that commercial event space. VEMU -which will never be realized - was supposed to honour and celebrate our heritage. Now this anti-Church posse is breaking that apart too. We soon won’t have any community left thanks to these toxic narcissists.
Can’t wait to show off our keskus. The pride of not just Toronto but WORLDWIDE eestlus. What an accomplishment. So much to be proud of!

Having to reply twice using different names demonstrates how little support this new “center” has. Very sad.
A cenotaph is a monument, sometimes in the form of a tomb, to a person or group of persons buried elsewhere. The future Keskus project should be renamed the Estonian Cenotaph in memory of the Estonian community which one time flourished in Toronto.
Why do you people always mention something else and not celebrate what you have? It's called heritage. It's here, it's beautiful and we can all share in it!
