Nobody gives to Ehatare 100k. Why?
Realistically, only direct family members of either current or potential residents will be donating. I get it. Unless you have skin in the game it won’t register high on the importance list.
Simple. KESKUS is more useful.
Then perhaps it is time to start thinking more about our elderly, especially considering that there are quite a few at Ehatare with no family left. They, and all of the others who made sure our community continued here, need our help.

Keskus is more political? Ehatare is not so " Hot" Trudeau politics, let them go quietly elderly won't change anything...
