The 'evidence' is damning- thank you for presenting those images Väino- you would have also been a really good Lead Architect. As for these consultants with impeccable credentials . . . here are some out-takes for those not in touch with reality (THINK about those photos of the garbage please): " architectural design that is dysfunctional and not in compliance with the by-laws and their intent."

"LMM engineering has stated that the peak demand of twelve vehicles at 958 Broadview Ave occurred between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday March 27, 2018. This is a total fabrication."

" . . . unconscionable way of avoiding the intent and purpose of city regulations with respect to providing for the handicapped."

"There is no concept of logistics, there is no service entrance, no service dock, no service elevator."

"This is again a parking shortfall."

Let's review- shall we?

Fabrications, shortfalls, no logistics, avoiding. Looks like a re-design to me. BACK to the drawing board Folk$.

Where is the actual parking study? Why can't anybody locate it?
