Will be in the details. Articles of Incorporation, Corporate By-Laws, Shareholder Agreements and the Trust Agreement. Criteria for issuing shares and admitting members might be very interesting. Side agreements with NEF/ECU/TC/ESC/etc. All should be published in full.

I am truly puzzled. There are those who truly are community minded. Cute and quaint, I acknowledge. The cynics in our community don't appreciate/understand this, and expect those working on this initiative to be on the take.
Speaking of devils...02 Mar 2019 07:27
...if you know of anyone "on the take", identify them by name, for our benefit, and call the police!
question02 Mar 2019 08:29
How many people can be accommodated in the largest space in this new IEC building for sit down dinners and dancing?

Good question, 'Question', I surmise not enough for what you and others are thinking, and once the "Life Safety - Means of Egress/Exits Analysis" is done, even less. The current Design is essentially a 1970's Airport Lounge. I suppose Airports are "Internationale". As Vietnam was to Johnson a 'flawed undertaking' from the very beginning, so is this schema.

If the IEC hosts an event with free food and booze, there will be no room to breathe.
On the other hand, if admission is restricted to estophiles, we'll have plenty of room for dining and dancing.
It's a pity but, that's the way it is.
