This is a brilliant idea. Tartu College wanted ownership of the parking lot for a long time. This as well as money for a museum was hindered by lack of money and perhaps also visions. Now it can contribute to the project by giving VEMU’s charitable status, build the museum and get ownership of the building on 9 Madison as well. Eesti Maja, with its money for the operational start, can claim the North area of the “duplex” with two owners.
