people are good at that now. we just need to somehow get that harper guy out. he's a leader to watch out for.

There's plenty of nostalgia for the "good old days of Stalin" in contemporary Russia. For the most part, it's only expressed by the grandchildren of those who actually lived through the period; skinheads, actually.
There's much less of this in Estonia. Yet, on radio phone-in shows, I've heard some old fellows go on about the Soviet period where they've said things like, "of course we were poor at the time, but we had fun at swell parties where we sang and drank."
Go figure.
