This is a live recording of a performance of the Victor Davies "Jazz Piano Concerto" (3rd movement), which had its Toronto, CANADA premiere on March 13, 2013. The piano soloist was Maxine Willan. The orchestra is the Cathedral Bluffs Symphony Orchestra which was conducted by Norman Reintamm. This is an excellent companion piece to Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue".
