Estonian Speaking Volunteers Needed!!
During the 2010 Olympic Games, each one of the Olympic Committees are assigned a certain number of (local) volunteer assistants who will help the teams with their every-day operations (getting around, language assistance, administrative duties etc.). Currently, they are trying to match language skills and cultural backgrounds between the Olympic Committees and the volunteers as much as they can. The committee is hoping to connect with people from Vancouver and Whistler who might be interested in working with one of the Olympic Committees (most likely from their home country or closely related to their cultural background) during the Games.
They are looking for individuals who speak one of the following languages:
If you know of anyone, please ask them to go to the Vancouver 2010 website and fill out a volunteer application – THIS WEEK! They need more applicants before the end of this week!
