The current government consists of accountants without a strategic vision, said former population and ethnic affairs minister Urve Palo [during] an ERR radio debate on February 28.
In the long run, governments which have invested more in hard times have been the most successful, Palo said. But the current government just keeps repeating that everything will follow by itself as soon as the economy picks up.
"Will economic growth come at all? Where should it come from if we have made cuts, and people are forced to leave Estonia since the state has not invested in them," Palo said.
