The regular monthly board meeting was held on August 18, at which we discussed the wishes of our organizations regarding the new lease agreements, which will take effect in January. We have already discussed this with some of our organizations and incorporated your feedback. We will have a meeting with the organization representatives in the fall, to work together with this going forward.

We looked at the financials and discussed them as we do at every meeting. We are happy to see that outside of the future project, our income is positive.
We are now offering paid weekday parking for non-community members, and appreciate any advertising of this within your network of contacts, for example to out-of-town commuters.
We congratulate Ülle Veltmann on her anniversary, and wish her all the best! We thank Ülle for her love and care and hard work on behalf of all of us. We hope that all your wishes come true!
We also congratulate Tõnu Orav on his anniversary, with belated well wishes, as his birthday occurred earlier this year. Thank you Tõnu for your hard work and great care! All our best wishes to both of you!

Meil oli järjekordne juhatuse koosolek 18. augustil, kus arutasime organisatsioonidelt soove uute lepingute suhtes, mis hakkavad kehtima jaanuaris. Oleme juba osade organisatsioonidega rääkinud nendest ja võtnud kuulda Teie vastukaja. Kavatseme sügisel kokku kutsuda Eesti Maja kasutajate organisatsioonide esindajad, et üheskoos edasi töötada.

Pakume nädalapäevadel parkimise võimalust tasu eest väljaspool meie ühiskonda, mida palume ka Teil kuulutada oma tutvusringkondades.
