With two large and contentious condo developments reaching settlements this week, those battling big condo projects wonder if lucrative side deals keep TDSB out of fight.
The Stanley condo and office complex proposed by Tribute Communities originally asked for 45 storeys in a mostly low-rise neighbourhood where intensification is causing fractures in the community.

Is this the same Tribute that is developing Eesti Maja 2? Are there "lucrative" deals being made here also? Is this why the executive didn't want to discuss financing when asked multiple times at the last EM annual meeting?
