As you enter Estonia's capital by ferry, the image you get is one of romantic Europe. But Tallinn's skyline – dominated by an eclectic mix of church spires – creates an illusion at odds with Estonia's reputation as the 'least religious' country in Europe, and possibly the world. Scott Yeoman explores why.
