Tallinn mayor Edgar Savisaar launched his own call-in TV show on January 31. “Linnapea tund” (The Mayor’s Hour) debuted on the Kalev Sport Channel, providing Savisaar with yet more opportunities to opine on the airwaves, including letting Prime Minister Andrus Ansip know who really is the boss in the capital. When it comes to pandering to his ethnic Russian voter base, hizzoner knows no limits.
