Tomorrow marks the celebration of Christmas by many of the world’s Orthodox Christians, and we would like to wish our friends here in Estonia and around the world a joyous and peaceful Christmas celebration.
Although the date may be different than the one observed by Western Christianity, the spirit is the same, and this time of year gives the great faiths of the world an opportunity to reflect on the traditions and values that all cultures share and that serve to bring us together. We hope you enjoy your holiday meal with your family and those important to you and that the New Year holds peace and prosperity for you. To Estonia’s Orthodox community: Häid jõule ja head uut aastat! C Рождеством и с новым годом!
Merry Orthodox Christmas!
