With family by her side, Lea gave up her fight with Alzheimer's Jan 19th to finally reunite with the love of her life Niki.
Born in Viinistu, Estonia Jan 12, 1928, Lea fled the war at 16 to Goteborg, Sweden before coming to Canada on the "Walnut."
Lea had 2 girls with husband Niki before losing him too young. Then came son Glen and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom she loved dearly along with a series of cats and Mookies.
She was the life of the party and loved to (try to) sing and dance the polka. Forever grateful to her loyal clients she was always willing to lend a helping hand.
Lea loved life and will be dearly missed by her children, Vivi, Lee, and Glen; grandchildren: Shawna, Angie, Derek, Chris, Amy, Sara and Samantha; great grandchildren: Dylan, Justin, Victoria, Ryan and Olivia; Siblings: Leida, Hannes (Aino) and many other friends and family.
Awaiting her is her twin sister Inge, brother Lennart, Jaan, Bill and many other loved ones.
