Should public sector employees working in the field of culture be worried about losing their jobs? "The honest answer is 'yes'," said Prime Minister Andrus Ansip, answering that question in a May 20 interview.
Earlier in the day media reported that, according to Eurostat figures, Estonia spends a higher percentage of its GDP on culture than any other nation in the European Union. Hours later, Ansip did not waste his breath to sugarcoat plans for layoffs in the culture sector.
