‘I Remember Mama’ is a labour of love for Julia Desotto who tells stories of her Estonian mother, Italian grandmother and Scottish mother-in-law. The stage production made its debut at the Tarragon Theatre in 2011, was presented again at the Wychwood Barns Theatre in 2012 and played Tartu College in 2013.

It will open in Estonia at the Kuusalu Rahvamaja on June 17, the Kirjanike Maja in Tallinn on June 18, the Eesti Kirjandusmuseuum in Tartu on June 19 and at the Viinistu Centre on opening night of the Baltic Heritage Network on June 27.

Julia Desotto heads Lulubelle Productions and is a veteran actor with credits in ‘Les Belles Soeurs’, ‘Deathtrap’, ‘Bedful of Foreigners’, ‘Nunsense 1 and2’, and ‘Best Little Whorehouse in Texas’. Lulubelle Productions is dedicated to the art of storytelling for audiences old and young.
