The Embassy of the United States in Estonia and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in cooperation with the Office of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Estonia are holding a workshop for Police and Prosecutors on the "Investigation and Prosecution of Digital Piracy."

Speakers and technical experts from the USPTO, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and the U.S. Department of Justice will participate as well as law enforcement officials from Finland, Sweden, Russia, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

Issues like collection of electronic evidence, best practices in the region, search and seizure of electronic evidence, prosecution of Internet piracy and international cooperation will be discussed.

The workshop is held on March 23-24 at the Reval Hotel Olympia.
