OTTAWA - Former prime minister Joe Clark has been the butt of more than his share of political mockery and personal jibes.
The veteran politician — better known as "Joe Who?" in the 1970s — was often depicted as an awkward bumbler with no aptitude for math.
But Clark says today's politics are far more brutal.
"It is considerably nastier now than it was then," Clark said in an interview Wednesday.
