Estonia will for the first time participate in the work of the UNESCO World Heritage Committee on Sunday, writes LETA/Postimees Online.
The 34th session of the World Heritage Committee will take place from July 25 to August 3 in Brasilia and Estonia will take part in the event for the first time as a committee member.
Estonia’s delegation of seven members will be headed by professor Mati Kalm from the Estonian Academy of Arts and Urve Sinijärv from the Ministry of Environment.
