The Canadian Press TALLINN — Estonian authorities say a 13-year-old boy is the country's first swine flu-related fatality.
The Ministry of Social Affairs says the boy died at a hospital in northern Harjumaa county early Monday after having suffered from a high fever. It gave no other details.
Health officials said Tuesday the number of confirmed infections is some 270.
