Bank has aprrox 700 shares and clearly decided who got in and who didn't.

Good luck to the new juhatus!

Loodan, et 5 aasta pärast on meil Eesti Maja kuhu minna..

Interesting that vocal EM2 project leaders (KP and PP) got less votes than some of the newbies, not to mention Petersoo brothers. And MA who has hardly said a word in recent meetings got the most votes.

Good luck!

Not surprising. Markus is a very capable person with a lot of talent. Credible and sensible, too.

It is a mixed bag there. I was appalled by the the tone and behaviour of some of the directors. Even if you are right, there is no excuse to talk down to the shareholders like they are seniles. It is no accident that MA, VP and KVM got the most votes. Too bad the bank decided to turf TP and AP, there is clearly some infighting going on.

Rõõm näha et Allan Meiusi jäi korvale.
See poiss tahtis diversiooni paika panna Ehatares.

Assuming that the bank really has 700 shares, the only person who didn't need their vote was Markus, although just barely.

The Esto Bank probably makes business decisions and then votes. They probably realize that only 2 people on the Esto House Board have the complete "institutional memory" of what has transpired in all the studies and negotiations that have taken place in the last 5 years, and appreciate the number of hours required to do so.
