There is a lot of disappointing rhetoric in this speech. For example, "Kirikutegelased õnnistavad tapariistu." Translated: "Christian aparachniks bless killing machines." Does the writer frown on this sort of thing? What is happening here Estionia: http://www.postimees.ee/203208... ? What is the speech writer saying, really?

Then the rhetoric in this speech turns to seeking NATO support. What sort of machines does NATO use? Certainly not "killing machines". Perhaps NATO uses "collateral damage machines", or if that rhetoric backfires "friendly fire machines".

Also, the rhetoric goes on about “tolerance”. There is no evidence of “tolerance” in this speech. Perhaps that is why they can only think in terms of machines.
