Although, I sometimes go crazy without an Ikea here, I think a super huge Ikea, could have some negative consequences for Estonian manufacturers and tradesepeople here. Also, Estonians won't be able to afford to buy anything, unless they have jobs and income. Something that is a problem at the moment.

Has the author ever been to Estonia? Major retailers already exist there. The German Bauhof stores are fantastic! Wish I could take more stuff with me on the plane since they have many things that our Rona and Home Depot do not.
