0The book will be published in Canada and the USA in August 2010. Oval (the publishers) have advised that its best to buy on line. I don't know why - I myself love a proper old fashioned book store stuffed with paper... In Canada, the independent chain Chapters is dealing with the sales: http://tinyurl.com/chaptersest....
