0If Bob Rae raised his bottle to the Estonian Life photographer Adu, then it is not so fanciful for Adu to humourously suggest that by extension, Rae, who supported Estonia in the past, notably during the period of the Singing Revolution and as premier of Ontario with money is toasting us. I'll bet Rae got votes from his Toronto Center Estonian Liberal constituents... so why the snarkiness?
