So what? EKN and Van Loan were ostensibly bent by a similar noxious wind!

It's a pity that the EU allows idiots like van der Linden to be loose and fancy free with regard to what they see as ongoing problems needing urgent attention by EU reps. I wouldn't be surprised if van de Linden overturns previous acknowlegements regarding Estonia's treatment of minorities, for the simple reason that Russia's powers of persuasion in the corridors of the EU have been, sadly, drastically undermined by the gullible pro-EU Estonian lobby. I wouldn't put it past van der Linden to take us successfully back to square one.

Loomulikult on ivan der linden kremli agent, sest tal on isilkiud ärihuvid venemaa! Eestisse sellist lasta ei tohiks! Ta tuleks tunnistada persona non grata'ks, nagu üks rahvasuus suurahvina tuntud tegelane.

is the amnesty international report available ?

van der linden did look pretty stupid, he didn't really have much personal knowledge, just a s**t disturber

Not sure exactly which report he was referring but probably one of these two:

Thirty years ago, Amnesty International was a respected and effective voice for those imprisoned for voicing an opinion, so long as it didn't advocate violence. That was the full scope of its mission.
Today, it styles itself as the final adjudicator of everything and it's also irrationally anti-American. Their statement on Russian rights in Estonia is simply ridiculous. No one can take AI seriously anymore.
