This book should have been written both in English and Estonian. When Estonian subject matter is only published in English, it usually goes a little over the top, as this author correctly points out. However, readers in Estonia would also benefit from such a book if it were bi-lingual. I'm surprised this wasn't considered in the second publication of this book.
